How should I wash my printed garments?
We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. The DTG ink in this process is different from the ink screen printers use.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
How durable are Game of Karts apparels?
We use Direct-To-Garment (DTG) method to print on our garments. Our experience shows us that DTG printed shirts are just as durable as any other printed shirts when it comes to washability. As the inks are injected into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, you can rest assured the prints cannot crack, peel or break.
Please note, like a new pair of jeans (or any print) you will loose a slight amount of vibrancy after the first wash. Following this your t-shirt if treated well and cared for appropriately should last years. Also do not iron directly on the print as high heat can make the color fade. So iron the printed area inside out.
Does your product pricing include Taxes?
Yes. The price you see on the Game of Karts product page is inclusive of all applicable taxes, but it does not include the shipping cost.
Are your products Eco friendly?
We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.
How do I place an order?

After you add all your products to the cart, click on the cart icon on the top of the page. Enter your contact information, select a payment option and your product will be on their way to you.
What payment options do you accept?
To make our products accessible to everyone around the world, we partnered with Paypal to make the payment process as easy as possible. You can use your American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa cards as well as your Paypal account to make payment.
I’m having issue purchasing. What do I do?
Occasionally our payments processor is unable to complete your purchase. This can be for a number of reasons, including an incorrect credit card number, insufficient funds or wrong zip code. Please review the card number you entered and the zip code first and if those are correct, we recommend contacting the card issuing bank. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of ordering. If 6 hours have passed from when you placed the order, then the order cannot be canceled. You can cancel your order from My Accounts page.
You will receive a confirmation email from us once the order has been cancelled. If you haven’t received the email, then it means your order was NOT cancelled. Please contact us at [email protected] in case you are not able to cancel the order within the 6 hour time limit.
What if I accidentally purchased the wrong item?
You may make changes to your order within 6 hours of ordering. Please email us at [email protected] from your registered email address with your order number. If 6 hours have passed from when you placed the order, then the changes cannot be made.
Once we make changes to your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you haven’t received the confirmation email, it means NO changes have been made to your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Game of Karts offers international shipping across the world!
For international orders, it’s most likely going to be shipped out from our European Warehouse.
If your packages do get lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct, we’ve got your back! We’ll ship out a new order with tracking, at our expense.
Keep in mind that we don’t ship orders to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!
Do all items in my orders always ship together?
Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
For example, we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a canvas won’t fit in there.
Do you offer Free shipping?
Yes, we do. All orders of $75 and above enjoy free delivery, while a nominal delivery charge is applied on orders below. The delivery charge depends on your location and the product you selected.
Why is my shipping label in euros?
We normally print shipping labels in USD. But for orders fulfilled in Europe, we print the value in euros so it’s easier to go through customs checkpoints and mail sorting centers within Europe.
Packing slips are still in USD, as that’s the only currency we operate with. We are planning on printing packing slips in whichever currency customers use, but that won’t be implemented for a while.
Does Game of Karts ship to all countries?
No, we don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
For now, Game of Karts doesn’t ship orders to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea. This list may change periodically.
We ship internationally to all other countries!
How long would it take for me to receive my order?
5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 business days in Canada and 5-20 business days internationally.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that your shipping address was correct. Before you claim a replacement, contact your local post office to try locating the lost order. Most of the time, the product isn’t lost, it is just misplaced.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?
We take great care in packaging our products to make sure it doesn’t get damaged in transit. But once the package is handed over to our delivery partner we cannot dictate how its gonna get handled. That is the reason why we partner with only the best in the class delivery service.
If you received a product that got damaged during transport, send us as a photo of the damaged goods to [email protected].
Even though it was not our fault, we’ll still gladly send you a replacement at no cost after verification.
What if you entered the wrong address?
Mistakes happen. We Know. In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address.
If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our HQ and you will be notified once it is received back. Within 4 weeks you will need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package.
If you do not wish to pay the reshipping fees, we will donate the item to charity. In such scenarios, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
How do I report a problem with my order?

Please note that Game of Karts may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment.
It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
